What would I do differently?
I got asked what I would do differently if elected to the Clerk's office.
The answer is simple: treat people with respect and decency.
By fostering a positive work environment, we can reduce turnover, increase efficiency, and cut unnecessary expenses—saving taxpayer dollars instead of wasting them on mismanagement and costly lawsuits.
Good leadership isn’t complicated. It’s about accountability, fairness, and working for the people—not against them. It’s time for a change.
